PreO Sprint has now been approved by Council to be an official TrailO format. It is therefore possible to apply for WRE-status for PreO Sprint competitions.
Only organizers of competitions after May 26. 2025 can apply for WRE-satus for a PreO Sprint competition.
Unfortunately, IOF Eventor can’t handle a PreO Sprint competitions properly. It is not possible to select PreO Sprint, only PreO or TempO. Therefore, when applying in IOF Eventor, the following steps must be followed:
- Apply as for a “normal” PreO competition.
- The name of the competition must include “PreO Sprint”.
- Done.
