The International Orienteering Federation is pleased to invite to the 2026 High Level Event Seminar (HLES) and the first edition of the IOF Calendar Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The Calendar Conference takes place from 5-6 February 2026, while the HLES is held immediately after – from 6-8 February using the same venue, the Vilnius Park Plaza Hotel.
IOF High Level Event Seminar 2026
The HLES is the IOF’s most important educational event for upcoming organisers. HLES attracts about 60-75 attendees each year from about 20-25 countries, and the seminar is held as an on site-only event. The seminar targets appointed organisers, potential future organisers and key persons of IOF High Level Events, including Event Directors, Technical Directors and IOF Senior Event Advisers.
National orienteering federations are kindly asked to identify and enter suitable candidates.

IOF Calendar Conference 2026
This conference is designed for National Federation representatives and volunteers involved in planning national and international orienteering events. It focuses on experience sharing, open discussions, and planning future seasons, particularly regarding the scheduling of major IOF events outside traditional periods.
