On the 12 of May 2026 IOF released updates in the IOF Eventor system.
The WRE application form for FootO were updated with new guidance notes and a new management of Competition format and Map scale. The application for 2027 WRE:s will soon start.
Another bigger change was management and display of Relay results. In many IOF Events (e.g. World Cup events) a Federation can enter more than one team per federation. It is often also allowed to form Mixed or incomplete teams. Now is it possible for the Eventor result manager to properly mark ‘Non best placed teams’ and ‘Non-competing teams’ in the relay result list and from a ‘follower’ perspective, the ‘Non best placed teams’ will be positioned, in the result list, according to their time but without placing. Mixed or non-completing teams will be positioned at the end of the result list, without placing.
