Welcome To Cortina d’Ampezzo!

The competition will be held in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the queen of the Dolomites. Already the Olympic capital in 1956, the 2026 Winter Olympics “Milano-Cortina” will be held here again. It’s a typical mountain village with detailed historical centre and houses with private and public ownership. The town have beautiful meadows and parks with small height differences. The Sprint Relay is mixed gender relay where a team of 4 athletes run 4 legs. The order is women, men, men, women. Each leg takes about 15 minutes. All teams start in a mass start and the team that is ‘first to finish’ wins 2000 world cup points. A federation can enter more than one team but only the best placed team counts for the world cup points. Link to Cup Rules.
