The sprint is an individual start orienteering in urban areas where the expected winning time is around 13-14 minutes.

The broadcast will focus on the top 40 athletes, that starts last in the start list. The first part of the broadcast will follow Women’s race and after last women finishes, the focus moves over to Men’s race.
