WOC Clinic 2021 open for applications

The IOF WOC Clinic offers talented athletes from IOF member federations which cannot afford to send a team to the WOC to participate in the WOC by providing them accommodation, local transport and high-level coaching. The clinic also focuses on learning of orienteering skills and exchange of knowledge and experience with orienteering development between participating athletes and the clinic coaches. Following the successful development clinics held at the World Orienteering Championships in 2011-2019, the IOF Global Development Commission (GDC), the Czech Orienteering Federation, and the WOC 2021 Organising Committee, are jointly setting up a similar project to help development and participation of athletes at WOC 2021.

More information about what is included and how to apply can be found in the invitation and application form, which can be found here. If you want to read more about what it was like in previous years, you can also find a report from the WOC Clinic 2019 there.
