Speakers Corner 2021 – #9 Cecilie and #10 Ralph

In Speakers Corner you will meet some of the best orienteers in the world. Per Forsberg, the Event Director of World Cup 2021 Idre Fjäll, has invited both interesting and successful athletes for a longer conversation about their life as a top level orienteer. Every month we will publish two runners, one woman and one man.

#9 Cecilie Friberg-Klysner (DEN)

In Speakers Corner #9 you meet Cecilie Friberg-Klysner from Denmark and she´s talking about her ambition to perform on top when WOC 2022 will be held in Denmark. She’s also very thankful she got selected to travel abroad when she was young.
– It was very cool to see and experience new places and terrains, it meant a lot to me, she says in Speakers Corner #9

#10 Ralph Street (GBR)

He’s from London but he´s living in Oslo, Norway for quite many years now and has to deal with snowy and cold winters. Ralph Street has a very relaxed approach to his orienteering career but nevertheless he has ambitions. No doubts, he has ambitions in both forest and sprint events.

In the 2019 Orienteering World Cup Round 3, Knock-Out Sprint, he finished 3:rd after an exciting race. Watch re-live here.
