Ralph Street (GBR) took his first ever World Cup win in Czechia in August, when he won the sprint in Ceska Lipa by 14 seconds.
After racing World Cups and World Championships for 10 years now, we ask him what fell into place that day in August.
Next summer, Great Britain is hosting the Sprint World Orienteering Championships in Edinburgh, where the British team has four medals to defend from last years sprint WOC in Denmark – among them the silver from the Sprint Relay. Ralph tells us about his preparations and expectations for the highlight of next season.
